What Does It Really Mean to Be Successful?
As I prepare for the upcoming Mastermind Alliance Sessions I have been going over my materials & found these three quotes in my notes. For me they standout as to why I am guiding these MMAS. It’s all about turning on your mind!
These sessions will be about that moment when you get real, and you get clear because you are exploring in a space of safety and support. It’s that moment when you realize nothing else matters until you truly know what you want.
The First Principle of Success, as defined by Napoleon Hill, is “Have a Clear Aim”. When you know where you’re going, you can start the journey to get there. When you find yourself needing help or guidance along the way, you can receive it because you know how to explain what you want and what your destination is. So, in order to be successful, you have to know how you define success.
If you are like most of my clients, up until now, you have measured success based on certain achievements, professionally. You have earned the degrees, climbed the ladder, continued to be promoted and gotten the titles, salaries, and accolades that point to what most consider success looks like. If you, like most of my clients, really pay attention to how this all feels, you may notice that, while this has provided some gratification to it, this is not as fulfilling as it once was. You have gotten here, and somehow there is this feeling of needing “more”.
The question you need to ask yourself right now is, “what does success look like, to me, right now?” Ask yourself, “what does it feel like, within me, when I am feeling successful?” While growth is vitally important because you need to grow past old patterns, generational trauma, and old ways of thinking to get where you are. This drive to growth & success is what helped you now have the opportunity to ask “what’s next?”. Except for this time, the answer isn’t on a list someone created, the answer is within you. And now instead of growth, it’s time to talk about expansion.
The word growth is about upward mobility. When you focus on expansion, you are looking beyond one-directional thinking and allowing space for an enriched way of living. Pay attention to the third quote when it talks about “power”. “Success is the development of the power…” First you must have the belief within you that you have the power to be successful. Power is not granted by others. Power comes from within. And true power is developed “without interfering with the rights of others.” Power isn’t taken or even given from others, it is a completely inside job.
A client I spoke with recently made a remark about losing your identity when you can no longer work in your profession.
I was struck by this because I believe that statement is true for A LOT of people. This is one of the first things we talk about in the sessions - what is a successful life, without comparison, competition, or external achievements? You must believe within yourself that you are successful at LIFE, without the roles you play, and professions you work in.
~ Here’s The Thing ~
There comes a time when you are finally ready for life to feel good more often than not. A life where stress and anxiety are no longer badges of honor or a way you just are and always have been. You’re ready for having a life that feels filled with ease & grace. One where you look around and everything is exactly as you truly want it to be. And if it’s not you know with true self-assurance that you have the power to make it so, whatever it requires.
There is a sense of peace in that knowledge. There is a calmness that comes from that belief in Self. That peace, that knowledge of Self, comes from knowing what you REALLY want in life. That’s why I created the MMA Sessions for my subscribers. I know that the point of expansion happens when you allow yourself the opportunity to gather new ideas to bring vibrancy to your way of thinking. When you let go of the control of your thoughts, surrender to the belief in Self, and allow your true JOY to light up within you. And then Divine Success is truly yours to be experienced.

Affirmations: It is safe for me to shine my light brightly. I am self-confident. I have the courage to be all I can be! Or create ones of your own based on what intention really resonates with you.
Uses: I believe the best way to really connect to the energy of this crystal for support will be derived through affirmations as mantras. I recorded an example. It’s a rough cut so that you’ll understand what I mean. Take 5 - 6 phrases, no more than 10, and repeat them over and over to yourself, while you hold your crystal. You can read them to yourself, repeat them out loud, or do as I did and record them and even add music or nature sounds. You want to repeat these affirmations over and over for about 30 minutes. This is how they become mantras. The repetition will get past any initial rejection you may feel towards the phrases. Remember when you are changing a pattern, you sometimes have to push past the old trench that’s been dug by doing things the same way. Your mind is used to one way of thinking, you have to reprogram it. That takes time and repetition. The same way the old thoughts got there.
Is this the kind of thing that you’ve been thinking about, struggling with? There are lots of ways to take this journey. This is the kind of work we’ll be doing in the Mastermind Alliance Sessions. This and other programs are only available to my subscribers. Sign up is FREE!
