New Moon/Eclipse It’s a Vibe

Hello Dear Reader,

If you have been reading this blog for a little while, you’ll know that I’ve got a thing for the new moon. The cleansing energy and freedom that it represents always reinvigorates me after a month of thinking, doing, and being. I’m always ready for a refresh, right at the moment, it’s time for a new lunar cycle.

Today we are being treated to an extra dose of a fresh start and shift to what’s next. We got an eclipse today too!

There are plenty of astrologists to tell you about the things to pay attention to for the New Moon Eclipse in Scorpio. I’m here to simply remind you to be mindful. Take care of yourself. This is the message I sent to clients yesterday: [the new moon solar eclipse in Scorpio]…This begins tomorrow. Pay attention. Watch your energy. Stay hydrated. Leopardskin Jasper would be good here…

Leopardskin Jasper

Leopardskin jasper is known as the stone of self-observation. It helps remind you to be flexible & adaptable. Seize opportunities as situations naturally shift & change in your life. ~ There is no resistance, only a willingness to go with the flow.

Remember, simply having the stone isn’t going to help you. If you decide to get this stone because you want to be more “flexible & adaptable” and you are ready to “seize opportunities”. Then I’m going to encourage you to create a mantra and create a ritual that reminds you each day to pay attention to who you are being, and what shifts in life are creating for you. Do it daily.

It’s about creating a spiritual practice. That’s what we spent a good amount of time talking about on the most recent episode of the podcast “Val Full Volume” I had a blast with Val. We discussed the book and the powerful mindset tools that stones and crystals can be. Check it out!

You have come here to live a life of joy! It’s already within you. It all begins with gratitude and love, for yourself!
