Where do you begin?
When you know that it’s time to start something new, where do you begin?
That’s kind of the million-dollar or at least thousand-dollar question, isn’t it? Once you’ve made up your mind, you know that things have to change, what’s the first thing that you do?
Me I read, A LOT. I start looking things up. I usually start looking things up long before I realize the change is coming. I notice a quote from someone I don’t know about and look them up. Then I’ll find myself down a rabbit hole looking up more and more things that I find. Then someone I follow on social media will say something or it grabs me Sunday morning watching church, and the message will seem tailor-made for me and this thought that I’ve been having.
Everywhere I look the thought that’s been on my mind seems to be popping up in unexpected places. At some point, I begin to wonder if it’s literally written on my face. Every journal entry is about this thought. So finally I stop. And I allow myself to get still and see what comes when I look within. That’s really where it begins.
Look at the O’Donohue prayer/poem above. It says your new beginning “has been quietly forming, Waiting until you were ready to emerge.” It only works when you’re ready for it to work. It says, “For a long time it has watched your desire, Feeling the emptiness growing inside you, Noticing how you have willed yourself on, Still unable to leave what you had outgrown…” All of this shifting and changing, empowering and evolving, it’s all an inside job. And it’s been there waiting for you all along.
This is how I see it. All of the external signs are confirmation that you’re onto something. You keep thinking a thought and it will always show up. It is only when you stop and take time to look within and see what is on your heart, lighting the thought from within, that is when you can understand what to do about it. I mean that’s really the point, isn’t it? You’re thinking these thoughts because you want something different.
First, you have a vision of something different. Then you spend time thinking thoughts about that vision. The only thing left is taking action on the thoughts. It is when you take “divine right action” that you manifest that which you have been thinking/dreaming/envisioning.
Vision+Thought+Action = Manifestation.
The best way to take action is the begin in stillness. This may seem counter to the idea of action. Hear me out. You’ve spent a lot of time thinking and feeling about your vision for your life. Now, you must allow your thoughts to settle and be still. You must allow the energy to integrate. You have spoken the words into Consciousness, now you must allow it to really settle into your energetic bones. Then I think you can guess what I’m going to say next - there’s a stone for that! Well actually (3).
Now, if you have been following me for awhile, you will have heard me espouse my admiration for this crystal. As you see from the caption, it’s message for you to remember, “perfection is my natural state of being.” This means that your vision is clear within you. Everything is exactly as it’s supposed to be. In fact, it’s perfect, just like you.
You have to truly believe in whatever you are envisioning for your life. You have to have passion for it, have the stamina to see it through, and have the confidence to believe you are the one to have/be/do whatever you have been envisioning. You have to believe in it first, the most, and the longest.
You read that caption right, red calcite is the “millionaire mindset” stone. This is a stone of action. People that have created an abundant life all have several things in common. One of them is they all believed that they could. They believed it and then acted on it. You have to take action in your own life to get what you really want out of it. Working with this crystal can help you have endurance for the road ahead.
I have suggestions below how to put these crystals to work in your life every day. That really is what it takes. Daily use. Daily mantra. Daily practice. You have to remind yourself daily, sometimes hourly who you are and why you are living your life. When you are ready to truly live a “life that rocks” that’s when you’re ready to try any and everything to help you get there.
Until next time! Remember, you are illimitable! Go out and create a life that rocks!

Meditation
How you choose to meditate with your crystals is up to you. I like holding them or lying down and placing them on my chakras. For these three crystals, I was thinking using them individually throughout the day would be the best way to utilize their energy and your mantra to keep you moving along your path.
First thing upon waking - use Apophyllite and begin with Perfection is my natural state of being. If you begin each day in this way, you will help create a new understanding of Self. Begin knowing that there is only and will ever be only one you. As such, there is no comparison. Nothing compares to you. (cue Sinead O’Connor). 6th - Third Eye; 7th - Crown chakras.
Midday Mind Break - use Garnet when your energy begins to lag especially days when you may experience disappointment or there appear to be “setbacks”. Garnet can remind you who you are and that you have a passion for living and plenty of energy to share. Its mantra is All of my needs are met. I create my path. 1st - Root chakra
End of the Night - use Red Calcite and repeat the phrase I am grateful for abundance and prosperity in my life. As defined by Catherine Ponder prosperity is an abundance of all things good. So while a millionaire has plenty of money, if they’re living a life in flow, then they are also living a life of abundance in all things - love, joy, laughter, health, wellbeing, relationships…So end your day with gratitude for prosperity you have experienced and you will continue to have something to be grateful for. 1st - Root; 2nd -Navel chakras.
